Are your confections vegan?
Yes. Every Olive Date confection is 100% vegan and handcrafted using carefully selected plant-based ingredients.
Are your confections gluten free?
Our recipes do not contain gluten ingredients. However, they are prepared in a kitchen that also handles allergens, so we cannot guarantee they are suitable for people with coeliac disease.
Do your confections contain refined sugar?
No. Our confections are naturally sweetened with premium Medjool dates. We do not add refined sugar.
How should I store my confections?
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within seven days of delivery.
For the very best flavour, remove them from the refrigerator 10–15 minutes before serving.
How many confections are in a box?
Each Olive Date box contains six handcrafted confections.
Can I choose my own flavours?
Not at present.
We've carefully curated each collection to ensure every box offers a balanced tasting experience.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom only.
As The Olive Date grows, we hope to offer international delivery in the future.
How much does delivery cost?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is £5.70.
Delivery is FREE on orders of £28 or more.
When will my order be dispatched?
We normally dispatch orders within one working day.
Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Every order is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you include gift receipts or prices?
No.
We never include pricing information inside parcels, making Olive Date boxes ideal for gifting.
Do your products contain nuts?
Some flavours contain TREE NUTS and/or SESAME.

Why do the confections sometimes look slightly different?
Every Olive Date confection is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients.
Small variations in appearance are part of what makes every batch unique.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
If your parcel is delayed, please use your tracking number to check its progress. If you need any assistance, we'll be happy to help.

No. We never use artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Can I send an Olive Date box as a gift?
Absolutely. Our boxes make beautiful gifts. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout.
What allergens do your products contain?
Please check each product page for full ingredient and allergen information. Although we take great care, our kitchen handles nuts, sesame and other allergens.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within one working day. Orders placed after 2pm or during weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
